Divas In Waiting
So we all have the same goal in mind, to lose some pounds/kilos/stones and be healthier. How are we going to do this?
I've tried Atkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers, Slimming World and the Caggage Soup Diet amongst others over the years. They all work in the short term (apart from Slimming World which didnt work at all for me) but I tend to get bored and give up after 2 or 3 weeks. I'm not sure whether to go this alone or try to follow a set diet. I have food allergies, mostly fruit and veg which makes things difficult when dieting as you can imagine.
If you've tried something that works, let us know, if you're having a bad week and just want some support, just ask for it. Found some good low fat recipes? Great, share them.
My mum was a Weight Watchers leader for 8 years and I helped her out with her classes for quite a long time so I do know quite a lot of stuff in theory, it's just putting it into practice that's hard.
